
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 heads of broccoli
2 tbs butter
3 tbs sunflower seeds
1/2 block feta
1 small kumera, cubed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 rosemary spears
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut broccoli into bite size florets and steam for five minutes.
- Melt butter in a fry-pan.
- Add sunflower seeds, fry until brown then toss through the broccoli.
- Let cool for five minutes and add cubed feta.
TIP: great as a side, and yummy for leftovers.
